Carl Jones is the founder and owner of Hairloss Innovations. He first became passionate about Mens Hair 36 years ago. So at 16 he started training at Harlequin’s in Lincoln and built his barbering skills up very quickly. He then opened up Baseline Barbers at 21 in Gainsborough. His Barbers is still an established, successful and professional business over 30 years later! He takes pride in providing a warm, friendly, professional place to visit while giving the customers the results they want!

Why did he want to be an SMP Technician?

In his 30+ years working with Mens hair and all types of hairlines some of his customers would suffer with baldness, balding and thinning hair. He noticed the effects this had on his customers and there confidence.  Especially how it left them feeling low, unattractive and thinking they look older than they are.

So his passion started again in looking out there at all types of treatments and solutions that help hair loss. He wanted to make a difference to people and help them live with confidence and bring a youthful look back. There were many treatments from lotions to hair transplants. He felt that SMP was the most effective permanent and immediate way of getting results.
